It's 2:00am. I've been working-Finally! Started this piece from photos I took last Sunday of some Haitian women doing one of their traditional folk dances. They were whirling and carefree. I seek to capture that gaiety on canvas. I was just so excited that I couldn't wait until I was done before sharing with you.I'm working in acrylics for this project. Thought I'd get back into it since I have been immersed in oils for such a long time (No i'm not giving up oils). The canvas size is 18x22 and the next time you see this peace it will be completed!
